TWIN OAKS

Due to lingering COVID restrictions, each household is required to fill out and sign a modified waiver (click here) in order to use the Twin Oaks Village pool facilities. Residents will not be able to use the pool unless the HOA has a signed waiver on file.

REMINDER regarding Pool Passes:
You will need an access card for entry to the pool, as well as a signed liability waiver. These documents are located on the CIA website as well.

Pool Rules

If you have a card from previous years, and your assessment balance is paid in full or you are on an active payment plan, you will be able to use that old card. 

If, for some reason, your old card does not work; you will need to mail/bring us your old card and we'll exchange it for one that is working.If you need an access card and your assessments are paid in full or you are on an active payment plan, you may obtain one by several methods. They are listed below:

1. IN PERSON: Simply visit C.I.A. Services office located at 16225 Park Ten Place, Suite 600 Houston TX 77084 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm.
2. BY MAIL: You can also mail in your access registration form, the liability waiver and your payment to C.I.A. Services and your cards can be mailed to you.
3. COST: The cost for new cards is $20 for one card, $30 for two cards PLUS a one-time processing fee of $10. A maximum of 2 cards issued per household.
4. WAIVER: All patrons to the pool, regardless of signing one last year or not, will need to sign a new liability waiver for the season.
